$159.00 per night single or double occupancy plus tax

 

Cottage Suite:

$149.00 per night single or double occupancy plus tax

 

Rodeo Cowboy Twin:

$29.00 per night plus tax if booked in conjunction with either the Cottage Suite or the Cimarron Suite. Otherwise the Rodeo Cowboy Twin is $99.00 per night plus tax.

 

  • $20.00 per night plus tax for additional Person (roll-away bed)

  • During some special events a 2-night minimum may be required

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany singles under 25. Restrictions may apply regarding the # of people that may accompany a parent or guardian

  • Chaperoned groups are prohibited

  • Due to our high standards for cleanliness, on rare occasions we might not be ready for check in at precisely 4 p.m. If that should be the case, we ask your patience and will strive to meet your needs.

  • Cancellation Policy - Refundable if canceled no later than 14 days prior to arrival, less a processing fee.

  • Pembroke Cottage is for registered guests only. You may invite other family, children or friends only with prior approval of the owners. To do so without prior approval will result in additional costs.

  • Written exceptions: any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance by management and presented at check-in
